No words could ever fully express how happy we are to have chosen Marie and Raphaël as our photographers. They played a huge part in making our wedding unforgettable—not only through their extraordinary photos, but also through their personalities, their kind words, and their calming presence on that wonderful yet stressful day.
When you hire them as photographers, you can expect:
- Having two people who have the right approach and the right tone to gently enter your world, without making you feel stressed and by adapting to your needs. They’ll put you at ease and help you forget about the camera (and the presence of a stranger during such a personal moment!). Very quickly, we felt at ease with them both and were able to open up more as the day went on.
- Having people we can confide in: it did us so much good to be able to talk to them about our mistakes, the things that hurt us, and our fears—and for them to share their own experiences with us, to reassure us.
- Have fun. No one told them to, but they’re really funny and such a blast! They were right there with us every step of the way, with a childlike spirit that suited us so well—always engaged, unstoppable.
- They have talented photographers. That’s an understatement—their photos are stunning, the emotions are palpable, and we wonder if we can display them all in our home without coming across as weird. Every time we look through their photos, we feel the emotion all over again and discover new moments we missed on the big day—those precious, fleeting moments we cherish so much.
- Wondering later what kind of events you could use to get them to come see you again (almost to the point of having a baby or getting divorced and remarried just so you could ask them for more photos…)
In a nutshell: they’re amazing—choosing them as your photographers will be one of the best decisions you can make for your wedding—or any event. They’re wonderful people whom we adored from start to finish (can we have you in our lives 24/7?) and whom all the guests loved too.
